Last accessibility audit: [[AUDIT: date]]

At Zemingo Technologies Ltd we treat accessibility as part of product quality. That's how we work with our clients, and how we built this site: accessibility is built into the code and the design, not added through a plug-in.

This is a translation. If it differs from the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.

Accessibility level

The site [[AUDIT: meets / largely meets]] the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 Part 1 (2023) at level AA. The standard is based on WCAG 2.0, with Israeli adaptations. We designed and built the site to WCAG 2.2 level AA, which is stricter.

The latest audit was carried out by [[AUDIT: our QA and accessibility team / an external auditor]], in Hebrew and English, on phones and computers.

What we did

  • Mobile first: the site is built for phones, and you can zoom to 200% without losing content.
  • Keyboard: every action works from the keyboard, with a clear focus indicator and a "skip to content" link at the top of every page.
  • Screen readers: proper heading and landmark structure, text alternatives for images and labels for form fields. Tested with [[AUDIT: VoiceOver on iOS and macOS, TalkBack on Android, NVDA on Windows]].
  • Readability: color contrast that meets the standard, and no information conveyed by color alone.
  • Motion and video: on phones, videos don't play automatically. On computers, silent video loops can be paused with a button, and they don't play when a reduced-motion preference is set. Animations are reduced in that mode too.
  • Language and direction: Hebrew right to left and English left to right, with correct language markup.

Known limitations

[[AUDIT: list of exceptions from the audit, each with its alternative. If there are none: "The latest audit found no inaccessible components. If you find one, please let us know."]]

If you come across content that isn't accessible, we'll gladly provide it another way, for example by email or phone.
