This website ("the Site") is operated by Zemingo Technologies Ltd (company no. 515936235), a wholly owned subsidiary of Peax Solutions Ltd ("the Company", "we"). Use of the Site is subject to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

This is a translation. If it differs from the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.

What the Site offers

The Site presents information about the Company, its services and its work, and lets you contact us. Using the Site is free.

Information on the Site

The information is general and meant to introduce the Company. It is not professional advice or a binding offer. Any engagement with the Company is made only by written agreement.
Work and results: project descriptions, figures and quotes refer to a specific project, at a specific time, in specific circumstances. They don't promise a similar result in another project. Each quoted person's title is the one they held at the time of the project.
Client names and logos belong to their owners. They are shown to describe work we did, and they don't imply any endorsement, partnership or support by the client for the Site or our services, unless stated otherwise.
We make an effort to keep the information accurate and current, but errors or outdated information are possible. If you spot one, please let us know.

Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, design, illustrations, images, video, code, trade names and trademarks, belongs to the Company, to Peax group companies, or to rights holders who permitted us to use it. You may view the content, share links to it and quote it to a reasonable extent with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use it commercially without prior written permission, except as the law allows.

Permitted use

You may not use the Site:

in a way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights;
to send spam, malicious code or offensive content through it;
to collect personal information about others;
to try to break into systems, bypass security measures or load the Site in a way that harms its operation.

Search engines and AI tools may crawl and index the Site to a reasonable extent, following the Site's robots.txt.

Contacting us through the Site

Contacting us through the Site does not create an engagement or obligation on the Company's part. Please don't send us confidential information, or other people's personal information, before a non-disclosure agreement is signed. What you send us is handled under our privacy policy. We won't send you marketing email without separate, explicit consent.

Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party sites and services, such as client sites and app stores. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Liability

The Site and its content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for damage arising from use of the Site, from reliance on its information, or from any fault or interruption in its operation. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Site are governed solely by Israeli law. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction.
