The context
Isracard held a lot of data on its customers' financial history. It wanted to use it to offer each customer the right car-insurance policies, based on their needs, preferences and history.

What had to change
A tightrope: use the data without customers feeling their information was being abused, keep the process short, and show them they got the best deal without bias.

Key decision
Reward sharing.
The more questions users answered, the more points they earned toward discounts and better deals.
Transparency at every step.
Every step was written in clear, personal language explaining why we ask and what the customer gains.
A responsive interface.
Illustrations and animations that update in real time with the answers.

Results
