What information we collect on this site, why, who we share it with, and how you can access, correct or delete it. ·
This website is operated by Zemingo Technologies Ltd (company no. 515936235), a wholly owned subsidiary of Peax Solutions Ltd ("the Company", "we"). This policy explains what information we collect on the site, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can access, correct or ask us to delete it. The Company is the controller of the information collected on the site.
This is a translation. If it differs from the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.
In short
- We collect only what we need to get back to you: what you write to us.
- The site stores no cookies. Usage is measured without cookies and without keeping a persistent identifier.
- We won't send you marketing email without separate, explicit consent.
- We don't sell personal information.

You are under no legal obligation to give us information; it is up to you. Without a name and a way to reach you, we can't get back to you. If you'd rather not use the form, you can write to us directly at hello@zemingo.com. Please don't include sensitive information, such as personal medical or financial details, or personal information about other people.
Technical information:
- Usage measurement: Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights help us understand which pages are viewed and how the site performs. They record the page, referrer, general location (country, region and city), operating system, browser, device type and performance data. These tools use no cookies and keep no persistent identifier. A visit is recognized only by a hashed code that is discarded after 24 hours, and the data is not linked to a person or an IP address.
- Operation and security: like any website, our hosting provider processes IP addresses and technical request data to serve the site and protect it. Server logs are kept briefly and don't include the content of your message.
- Spam protection on the form: the check runs on the site itself, with no third-party service and nothing stored in your browser.

We won't use the information for another purpose without telling you, and, where the law requires, without asking for your consent. Marketing email goes only to people who ask for it explicitly and separately, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting for us:
- Vercel Inc.: site hosting, form processing and usage measurement. Servers in the Frankfurt region, with a global delivery network.
- Resend: delivering form inquiries to our mailbox, through a company account, in the EU region.
- Google (Google Workspace): our company mailbox, where we receive inquiries and manage the correspondence.
Providers receive only what the service requires and are bound to protect it.
Peax group companies: if your inquiry concerns a service another group company provides, we will forward it to that company, to the extent needed to handle it.
Authorities: where the law requires, or under an order of a competent authority or court.
Corporate changes: in a merger, acquisition or transfer of business, the information will pass to the successor, subject to this policy.
Within the Company, only the people handling inquiries have access to them. We don't sell personal information or share it for other parties' advertising.
Transfers outside Israel
Our service providers store and process information outside Israel: in the European Union, the United States and other countries where their sub-processors operate. These are our hosting and measurement provider (Vercel Inc.), our email delivery service (Resend) and our mailbox provider (Google). Transfers are made under the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001. They rely on the providers' contractual undertakings to protect the information and not pass it on, and on your consent when you send an inquiry after reading this notice. Details of the safeguards are available on request. For visitors from the European Economic Area, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, as applicable.
How long we keep it

At the end of the period we delete the information or keep it only in non-identifying form. We may keep information longer where the law requires or where it is needed to resolve a dispute.
Security
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information, in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access, reputable providers, and collecting as little as possible. No security is perfect. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to hello@zemingo.com.
Your rights
- Access: ask to see the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981).
- Correction and deletion: ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14).
- Unsubscribing: at any time, if you joined a mailing list.
Send requests to hello@zemingo.com. We may ask for details to verify your identity. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Visitors from the European Economic Area: you also have rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to inquiries and running the site, or steps you request before entering into a contract.
Children
The site is intended for organizations and professionals, not for anyone under 18. If we learn we have received information from a minor, we will delete it.
Links
The site links to other websites, which have their own privacy policies that we don't control.
Cookies
The site stores no cookies. See our cookie policy.
Changes
When we update this policy, we will post the new version here with its date. We will also announce material changes on the site.
